Macon Medical Group is dedicated to providing the highest quality healthcare services to each patient. Each service is delivered in a safe, compassionate and trusting environment. Located in Macon, Georgia, Macon Medical Group utilizes Physicians, a Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioners.

We began serving the community in 1985 treating kidney and hypertension related needs with our founding physicians, Dr. Ludwig Cavaliere and Dr. Azmi Kabbani. Our loyal staff is committed to our patients and will make your health concerns top priority. We are here to help educate you and your loved ones about your kidney and hypertension related conditions. We specialize in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), including End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and Hypertension.
