Dr. Singanamala, a graduate of Guntur Medical College in India, has dedicated over 20 years to caring for patients. She furthered her training in the UK and at Yale University, specializing in nephrology. Her approach emphasizes lifestyle modifications in managing kidney disease and encompasses interests in Home Dialysis and Polycystic Kidney Disease. Outside her practice, she enjoys Yoga and reading non-fiction. Dr. Siganamala is committed to patient education, collaboration and compassionate care.
Dr. Ahmad Kabbani is a second-generation nephrologist, following in the footsteps of his father and founder of Macon Medical Group, Dr. Azmi Kabbani. Dr. Ahmad Kabbani is a graduate of the University of Georgia and the Mercer University School of Medicine. He competed his residency training at Atrium Health/Navicent and fellowship at Augusta University (MCG). He is published in various medical journals and received several distinguished awards during his training and practice. Dr. Kabbani has a true passion for medicine and strives to achieve superior patient-centered care for every one of his patients. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, playing guitar and spending time with his family. Dr. Kabbani joined Macon Medical Group in 2018, and proudly serves his hometown of Macon and all the middle Georgia community.
Adam Rhoades, PA-C, is a Physician Assistant with the Macon Medical Group since January 2014. His primary focus is clinical nephrology with an emphasis on hypertension. He is a dedicated medical provider who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and compassionate. He provides direct care and support of Chronic Kidney Disease, End stage renal disease, and those receiving chronic dialysis. He is directly involved with providing support and educational services. Prior to joining the Nephrology team, he served as a Primary Care and Internal Medicine PA in Franklin, Pennsylvania for five years. During this time he had the opportunity to diagnose, treat complex medical diseases and care for many ill patients, including those requiring long term care and home visits. PA Rhoades received his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Gannon University in Erie Pennsylvania, graduating in September 2008. He is a member of the Renal Physicians Association and American Academy of Physician Assistants. PA Rhoades has also served as a mentor and preceptor to PA students from Duquesne University, Chatham University and Pitt University since 2009. PA Rhoades accomplishments include numerous Military awards for outstanding service and performance form 2000 to 2004 while he was enlisted as a flight medic. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family. Recreational activities include fishingand golfing. He is an active member of his church.
Heather Self is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who joined Macon Medical Group in July 2021. Heather obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Macon State College where she was honored on the President’s List for her academic achievements. As a Registered Nurse, Heather worked at our local hospitals in various specialties including critical care, cardiology, orthopedics, and women’s health. She was nominated for Navicent Health’s Inaugural Nursing Excellence Award by her colleagues for her commitment to patient care and teamwork. Heather earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. During her Master’s program she was a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for achieving academic excellence. As an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner, she is trained to treat and manage patients of all ages and from all walks of life.  Prior to joining Macon Medical Group, she worked as a hospital medicine NP and emergency medicine NP at Navicent Health, Coliseum Medical Center and Crisp Regional Hospital. Growing up, Heather was a military brat, traveling the US and world with her family. She has called Middle GA her home for over 20 years. In her free time Heather enjoys cooking/baking and traveling to new places. A former NPC champion figure competitor, she continues to enjoy physical fitness and strength training. Heather’s commitment to her patients is to treat the whole person. She believes in providing her patients an understanding of their diagnoses and setting realistic and obtainable goals to help them actively participate in their own health.
Dr. Natalie Guinn is a highly dedicated medical professional with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Dr. Guinn is a graduate of Poznan University of Medical Science in Poznan, Poland. She completed residency in Internal Medicine at Coliseum Hospital in Macon, Georgia and after, completed a Nephrology fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Guinn enjoys spending time with her family, exploring and hiking trails and taking her retired racing greyhound, “Duckie”, on trips to the dog park. With a warm and compassionate demeanor, Dr. Guinn establishes strong relationships with patients, making them feel comfortable and confident in their care.
Christopher Chang is a nurse practitioner who joined Macon Medical Group in September of 2022. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Philippines. Then, he obtained his Master of Science in Nursing at Middle Georgia State University. Prior to joining Macon Medical Group, he worked at Davita Kidney Dialysis Center for more than a decade. Chris is a passionate and dedicated nurse practitioner who is committed to providing his patients with the best possible care. He is always willing to go the extra mile for his patients, and he always puts their needs first. He is a valuable asset to the Macon Medical Group and he is always looking for new ways to improve the lives of his patients.
Catherine Faircloth, a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner, was born and raised in Macon, Georgia. She joined Macon Medical Group in August 2023 and has since become an integral part of the healthcare team. Catherine’s journey in healthcare began at Middle GA state University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. Motivated by her passion for patient care and desire to make a difference in the field, she continued her education at Columbus State University, earning her Master of Science in Nursing degree. Catherine previously served patients at Piedmont Macon Medical center for 4 years. During her time at Piedmont, she gained invaluable experience and honed her skills in various medical settings. However, it was her work in critical care units during the Covid pandemic that truly shaped her career path. It was during this challenging time that her love for critical care and nephrology blossomed. Above all, Catherine’s priority is her patients’ well-being and ensuring they receive the best possible care. She approaches each patient with empathy, compassion and a genuine desire to help them achieve optimal health outcomes. Outside of Macon Medical Group, Catherine finds joy in spending time and creating everlasting memories with her loving husband and children. As a nurse practitioner, Catherine is determined to make a positive impact on her patients’ lives. She strives to provide comprehensive care and a strong patient-provider relationship.
